Corporate Law expert, with more than twenty years of experience in M&A and other corporate transactions. Also active in the Real Estate and Commercial practice areas.

He is frequently involved in cross-border transactions and matters.

Corporate / M&A

Assistance in shares and assets acquisitions and disposals, also as part of private equity and venture capital transactions.

Assistance in corporate restructurings, equity and debt securities transactions, acquisition finance and other corporate finance matters.

Advice on shareholders’ arrangements, corporate governance and internal controls, liability of directors and internal auditors, directors’ service agreements and incentive schemes, the establishment of joint ventures and other cooperation arrangements between business organizations.

Assistance in the acquisition of assets from insolvent businesses.

Real Estate

Assistance in touristic and residential developments, the lease of resorts, the acquisition and disposal of retail spaces in shopping malls and prime commercial areas, the sale and purchase of properties.


Assistance in the drafting of commercial distribution agreements and other business contracts.


Representation of Clients in corporate and business disputes and litigation before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals.

Prior Work Experience

After being a partner from 1993 through 2005 at a prominent Milan law firm, where he had primary responsibility for M&A work, in 2006 he co-founded Scorcelli, Rosa & Partners.

He had previously worked for about two years in New York in the corporate department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
